We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused communicator who can enhance customer loyalty programs, interact with customers, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate every touchpoint of the customer experience.

The Customer Service Coordinator primarily handles customer inquiries, resolves issues, ensures a positive customer experience, and serves as a brand ambassador for the organization. They will assist in the launch of our customer support platform, update our knowledge base, manage our customer rewards/loyalty program, and provide assistance through various channels to provide clear communications and support to customers at all levels. 

Your Playbook Includes
:

  • Manage our Customer Support Platform: Act as the resident expert for our customer support platform (such as Help Scout) and ensure that all stakeholders are included and informed in a timely manner. This includes updating our knowledge base, FAQs, and self-help articles to help automate responses to common customer questions.
  • Manage our Customer Rewards Platform and Program (Yotpo): Evolve existing Signature Rewards Club to deliver additional value and further the success of the platform and customer experience.
  • Answering Customer Inquiries: Quickly respond to questions about products, services, and company policies. This includes managing communications through phone, email and the UA website.
  • Resolving Customer Issues: This may involve addressing complaints, handling returns, troubleshooting technical problems, and investigating shipping/receiving concerns.
  • Identify Customer Feedback Trends: Suggest improvements such as product issues, shipping challenges, website confusion, etc.
  • Facilitate and Manage Customer Reviews: Build out our online customer reviews by sending out Facebook, TikTok and Google review links, reminders and incentives for customers to participate.
  • Monitor Social Media/Advertising Channels: Unify communication channels and coordinate across the marketing/social function ensuring customers receive helpful and up-to-date information. Engage positively on product posts to boost social proof and engagement. Monitor Facebook and Instagram ads for customer comments and respond to all positive and negative comments to maintain a strong brand voice.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with shipping, receiving, on-air team, and warehouse operations to resolve customer questions/issues. Work across the marketing and HR teams to assist in specific promotions, programs, discounts, awards, and gifts for customers.
  • Conducting Customer Focus Interviews and Surveys: Uncover insights that will help us deepen customer relationships, refine our products, improve our rewards program, and drive business growth. Understand customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and drive loyalty.
  • Develop Direct Mail Campaigns: Develop mailers/hand signed letters to new and existing customers to build brand loyalty and response.
  • Managing and Updating the Customer Journey: Learn what drives consumer attitudes & behavior to increase customer satisfaction.
Work Location: In-person, at our office in Burr Ridge, IL
Shift: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
